HI! I’M LETI.

If you're only watching the score, you're missing the game.

What I love about working in basketball is bridging the parts that often get treated as separate: data and feel, video and impression, stats and the players they’re about. However, integrating them provides a more objective and complete picture of the game, and it’s where I believe the real value is.

The challenge isn't collecting data or even breaking down film; it's making it useful. Coaches and players are getting more information than ever, but volume doesn't equal clarity; it's how you translate it that does. Providing practical insights is the difference between delivering a report and giving a staff/player something they can apply – that’s the part that matters most.

I’m a proud Latina from Los Angeles, raised on Lakers basketball and the women’s game…

by a girl-dad who’s always been my #1 fan, and a mom who taught me to lead with my heart.

It all started in my grandparents’ backyard, playing basketball until the sun went down, hitting buzzer beaters and perfecting that “English” off the glass. It’s where I fell in love with the game. I didn’t know what doors it would open, what barriers it can break, or just how far 94 feet could stretch.

The game has given me more than I ever expected…

a career, a community, a calling.

While the path that got me here wasn't the one I had originally planned for, it’s been the blessing of my lifetime. The surgeries. The comebacks. The championships. And every detour in between… every chapter has shaped me into who I am today.

I'm not sure I can ever fully repay it, but I'd like to spend my career trying... supporting programs and players the way I believe this work deserves: with care, with rigor, and with the understanding that wins matter, but people matter more. The industry may not always work that way, but I do.

I built a career at the intersection of analytics, video, and player development with experience across the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, and private consulting at the pro level.

What I bring is a rare combination: a math degree that grounds the analytics, a basketball career that took me to all three levels, and time on coaching staffs like the Golden State Warriors, Cal Berkeley Women's Basketball, and Penn State.

For the last few years, I’ve been a Data Analyst for HD Intelligence, where I support programs with opponent scouting, roster construction, and performance evaluation.

As the first ever woman on the Golden State Warriors coaching staff as a video coordinator/ analyst, I was blessed with the opportunity to be featured in the 2020-21 Dub Nation promotional video as a mentor, coach and guest at the inaugural All Girls Camp hosted by the Golden State Academy.
