Basketball has been my passion since I was a kid, playing ball in the backyard of my grandparents' house till the sun went down. It was there I fell in love with the game, where time stood still, the possibilities felt endless, and a devotion grew deep. Little did I know what doors it would open, the barriers it could break, and just how far 94 feet could stretch.
Over 20 years later, and I have touched every level the sport has to offer, equipped with a vast knowledge of the basketball industry and ready to advance the game by refining and redefining analytics and player development. My mission is simple: invest in the next generation of athletes, and empower coaches with valuable tools to be successful.
I’m a proud Latina born and raised in Los Angeles. I’ve played and coached basketball at all three levels, graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State with a degree in Mathematics, and my career has been built on the intersection of analytics, film and player development.
As a USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach, certified Mental Performance Coach, and experienced Data Analyst, I bring a holistic approach to coaching, optimizing both performance and long-term development with integrative analytics. I’ve worked with elite organizations like the Golden State Warriors, Cal Berkeley, Penn State, and HD Intelligence — where my specialty lies in turning complex data into clear, strategic advantages.
