I support a portfolio of college basketball programs, including UCLA during their 2025-26 National Championship season. Provide end-to-end analytics across the season, including opponent scouting, post-game reports, lineup analysis, team and player performance evaluations, and roster construction support through transfer and eligibility tracking. Meet regularly with coaching staffs to walk through findings and tailor reporting to fit each program's needs, while contributing to internal operations across systems, workflows, and cross-functional projects.

Joined the program ahead of the 2021-22 season as the team improved from 1-16 to 11-13, a 10-game win swing, with guard Jayda Curry named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year and leading the conference in scoring. Designed and ran player development plans using analytics and video, and built ongoing analytics projects spanning playcall analysis, shot charts, and pick and roll breakdowns. Ran the full video department, wrote a Standard Operating Procedure adopted program-wide, and managed program operations.

Built scouting tools and post-game analysis dashboards in SportsCode to support player and team evaluation, and designed an interactive tool tying data analysis to game film, giving players a hands-on way to engage with their own film during review sessions. Worked closely with the coaching staff and analytics team to get more out of player-tracking datasets, turning raw data into something the staff could apply to practice and game planning. The work focused on making complex analytics feel accessible for both coaches and players.
