A WINNING RECORD
Across my two seasons as a primary point of contact (2024-25 and 2025-26), my clients finished with a combined record of 249-154. Across both seasons, programs in my portfolio produced multiple program-breaking records, conference titles, and tournament runs.
2024-25 Season: 142 wins, 94 losses
2025-26 Season: 107 wins, 60 losses (plus NCAA Title)

In my three seasons at HD Intelligence (2023-24 through 2025-26), 14 of my 19 team assignments have continued into postseason play, including UCLA Women's Basketball as the 2025-26 National Champions – The Bruins finished 37-1 overall, won the Big Ten regular-season title outright for the first time in program history with a perfect 18-0 mark, took back-to-back B10 Tournament championships, and saw all six seniors drafted to the WNBA.
Client Spotlight: UNC Greensboro (2024-25 Season)
SoCon Regular Season and Tournament Champions. Undefeated home record (14). Second NCAAT appearance in program history. Best win streak and most overall wins (25) in UNCG DI era. Head Coach Trina Patterson was also named the SoCon Coach of the Year.

No two staffs are the same, no two seasons play out the same way, but how I show up doesn't change – I listen for what each team needs, where to fill gaps, where to support, and give them what they need to get where they want to go. Data that's easy to understand, easy to apply, and practical.
Relationships are the real foundation. The more integrated I am with a program, the better the work gets, because I learn what staffs care about, how they think, and where the data fits into the way they coach. Trust is earned over time, with consistency, precision and follow-through. That’s the job!
